Gamol

Sequestrants, complexants, dispersants for various applications.

Gamol is the Gammacolor line of sequestering, complexing and dispersing agents formulated to offer effectiveness and versatility in numerous textile applications, from pretreatment to dyeing.

Thanks to their balanced composition, Gamol products work by effectively binding metal ions responsible for chemical instability, dispersing impurities and residues, and promoting uniformity of treatments.

Ideal applications:

  • Stabilization of chemical toilets in the presence of hard water

  • Prevention of precipitation or deposits

  • Improved dispersion of dyes and active substances

  • Compatibility with natural, synthetic and blended fibers

Gamol is the technical solution for those who want cleaner processes, controlled reactions and consistent textile quality, even under complex production conditions.

Gamol BO

Gamol BO in function of its special chemical nature denotes a remarkable power of biodegradability compared to normal polyacrylates, therefore it finds use in various textile processing. Gamol BO is used, due to its dispersing and complexing properties, in the dyeing of cotton and PES/cotton blends to eliminate precipitation, in an alkaline environment.

Gamol P ECO

Reducing/dispersing agent in liquid form. Specific for stripping polyester and blends directly in the dye bath at acid pH

Gamol Plus

Chemical character mixture of sequestrants , anionic polymer and sulfonic derivative, pH tends to be neutral, Ionicity anionic. Appearance pumpable liquid of amber color, specific gravity 1.03-1.06. Gamol Plus is an auxiliary that is used in many processes with different classes of dyes.

Gamol WS

Gamol WS is a very versatile product and as such can be advantageously used in a number of applications, which we report schematically: - dispersant for dye-dispersed dyes at atmospheric pressure and under pressure for rayon acetate and for synthetic fibers; - dispersant for vat and sulfur dyes; - adjuvant with solubilizing effect for direct, acid, metal-complex dyes and indigosols.
